About EconVision
A community founded by students, researchers, and professors to make economic discussions, research feedback, and academic mentorship accessible to all.
Bridging Classroom Theory with Real Economic Research
In most colleges and universities, economics is taught through standard textbooks and problem sets. But the real work of economics happens when you start asking hard questions: How do we measure the impact of a welfare policy? Why are inflation forecasts missing the mark? What data actually proves a causal relationship?
For undergraduates and early-career researchers, finding answers to these questions—and getting feedback from experienced economists—can be difficult. Academic journals are dense, conferences are expensive, and professors often have limited office hours.
EconVision was created to change that. We started as a modest group of students and scholars who wanted a collaborative space to read working papers, exchange datasets, and talk through econometrics problems without institutional barriers.
"Economics shouldn't just be memorized for exams. It should be examined, debated, and applied to real-world challenges."
